Job Description

National trial firm seeking a strong litigation paralegal to join their Miami office. This position will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Candidates MUST have experience with Construction Litigation and Personal Injury on the DEFENSE side. Must have applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills along with attention to detail.
