Contract Corporate Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our team in North Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to deliver top-tier talent that aligns with organizational goals and workforce plans. As a Contract Corporate Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding efforts for internal positions across various departments. This role requires a proactive recruiter who is motivated to build relationships and drive hiring initiatives with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to clearly define position requirements and success profiles.
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and identify top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and innovative recruitment techniques.
- Maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Leverage data from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruiting progress and assess effectiveness of sourcing methods.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements throughout recruitment efforts.
- Represent the company brand by providing exceptional candidate experience and promoting a positive employer reputation.
- Stay current on industry trends and labor market conditions impacting recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience as a recruiter (corporate or agency experience preferred), ideally working with fast-paced, dynamic environments.Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting deadlines and hiring goals.Demonstrated sourcing expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.Knowledge of legal and compliance standards in hiring practices.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates.Detail-oriented and able to manage recruitment processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
