The Big Task
Ensures customers' accounts are current and accurate. Ensure accurate revenue recognition through review of work orders.
Key Sub Tasks
Process daily check deposits by reviewing checks deposited by technicians in the field and posting checks received in the officePrepare bank deposits and scan checks.Process other customer payments, including credit card payments for deposits and final payments and Wells Fargo.Review and finalize paperwork from our field technicians to ensure we have accurate records for services provided to our clients.Process manual invoices for VIP customers and collect payments for customers with 30-day terms.Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions. Provide paperwork when requested.Engage management over any AR problems you encounter.Monitor aging reports and initiate collections on past-due accounts, which may include calling, sending demand letters, and initiating small claims court filings.Maintain service maintenance plans, including renewals, modifications, and cancellations.Maintain accounting ledgers as required, including an accurate aging report.Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.Desired Skills and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree a plus.Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills.Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable.Experience with customer service and client communication.Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.Detail-oriented.Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication.What We Offer
