Crystal Creamery is currently looking for a Cold Box Supervisor

Crystal Creamery is currently hiring a Cold Box Supervisor for the night shift. This role will be responsible for supervising the completion of department functions to reach the high standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency goals. The A Side Cold Box Supervisor accomplishes this through advanced leadership of employees and the creation of a work environment committed to respect, safety, and productivity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide leadership and supervision for approximately 45 employees on the shift.
• Insure a safe work environment through identification and correction of workplace hazards and employee safety training.
• Prioritize and organize workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
• Must be able to perform accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders through active communications with Transportation, Scheduling and Order Entry personnel.
• Quality is never compromised by demanding strict adherence to HACCP, SOP and GMP guidelines.
• Control costs with management of package materials waste, operating and personnel supplies.
• Review required work process documentation insuring their accurate and timely completion.
• Provide a positive and professional style inspiring work groups maximum team effort.
