About The Position

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill post-op cardiothoracic and cardiovascular patients.
• Manage ventilators, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia interventions, and advanced cardiac devices.
• Administer complex therapies including IABP, CRRT, VAD, ECMO, and pacemaker / ICD management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient status and deliver high-quality critical care.
