We're looking for a Partner Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our platform and our strategic partners. This role combines technical expertise with relationship management skills to help us quickly plan, test, and facilitate key strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Integration & Support
Lead technical onboarding and integration processes for new strategic partners
Design and implement custom demos and applications on Replit for partner demos and eventsTroubleshoot technical issues across partner integrationsProvide technical guidance and best practices to partner development teamsPartner EnablementConduct technical workshops and training sessions for partner teams
Develop technical demos and proof-of-concepts for prospective partnersHost hackathons for initiatives across the partnership functionServe as escalation point for complex technical partner issuesProduct & Platform DevelopmentCollaborate with engineering teams to build partner-focused features and tools
Design and develop partner-specific tooling, dashboards, and monitoring systemsBuild internal tools to streamline partner management and technical operationsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Partnership, Sales, and Marketing teams on technical aspects of deals
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versaProvide technical input on partnership strategy and go-to-market plansSupport sales engineering efforts for strategic partnership opportunitiesRequired Qualifications
4+ years of software engineering, dev relations, sales engineering, or partner engineering experienceComfortable speaking in large group settings and hosting hackathonsStrong proficiency in Python and JavaScriptKnowledge of Vibe Coding tools and traditional developer toolsExperience with common integrations and APIsPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT)Background in SaaS platforms or B2B integrationsExtensive portfolio or experience building applications with ReplitDeep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patternsTechnical Skills
