Base Salary : $150,000–$225,000 (DoE) + equity upside Relocation reimbursement (if applicable) Visa sponsorship available In‑person collaboration in the Bay Area (Palo Alto / San Francisco) Opportunity to shape the company’s engineering culture and product direction from day one
Role Summary
We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join the early‑stage team and help build high‑impact internal solutions using cutting‑edge AI technologies. This is a hands‑on role with significant technical ownership, ideal for candidates excited to shape the product, culture, and engineering direction from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy internal software systems that drive business operations.
- Push the boundaries of AI, including LLMs, voice, and agentic technologies.
- Redefine what exceptional UX looks like in enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with founders and other engineers to define technical strategy and architecture.
- Deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
