Litigation Associate (Warranty - Defense) - Hybrid

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm , is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Southern California Litigation Business Unit .

This associate will join a high-performing team focused exclusively on defending major automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation .

Location is flexible within California .

Candidates may work remotely or on a hybrid basis, but must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar .

Salary :

• $150,000 – $165,000 a year Key Responsibilities : Represent automotive clients in complex warranty defense litigation Participate in trial and arbitration preparation Handle motion practice, depositions, and mediations Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop litigation strategy Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to client success Candidate Requirements : 2+ years of litigation experience , preferably with trial prep exposure Courtroom experience (motions, depositions, mediations) Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills California Bar admission in good standing (required) Strong academic credentials and law firm background Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated stability in career history Note : Automotive or warranty litigation experience is not required.
