Lead Gen Analyst
The Lead Gen Analyst serves as a critical part of the Commercial Strategy team, focusing on optimizing and scaling our lead generation campaigns and processes. As a driven, self-motivated, and determined individual, you will be asked to perform deep-dive analysis into lead generation campaigns and performance data. This fast-paced position will support our Sales, Client Success Manager, Commercial Leadership, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring our lead generation campaigns, including but not limited to email and LinkedIn, are efficient, data-driven, and highly effective.
You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies using various internal and external platforms to meet target benchmarks, book pitches, analyze campaign performance, enrich our data and develop improved methods for documentation and data quality. This role is essential for driving our business forward by turning qualified leads into booked pitches through various channels simultaneously, and for creating the robust processes and documentation needed to ensure our entire team can benefit from and implement these best practices.
Develop and optimize processes for lead generation campaigns on channels such as email, LinkedIn, etc., using a variety of internal and external platforms to ensure campaigns perform at or above expected performance benchmarks.
Research and integrate a tool or add-on for automatic data enrichment for Sojern prospects.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click rates, and pitches booked to derive actionable insights and show the value of our optimizations.
Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to define campaign targeting needs, requirements, internal tracking processes and plans to meet lead generation goals. You will ensure our lead generation efforts are working with Marketing efforts and not in a silo.
Build and maintain various reporting and dashboards aimed at process optimization and sales growth.
Utilize platform features, including A / B testing, AI email copy, and LinkedIn capabilities, to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Create processes to track the outcomes of optimizations to demonstrate the value of changes.
Ensure our internal tools are aligned and communicating so as not to create any data discrepancies.
Leverage data enrichment and email verification features within our platforms to maintain high data quality for our prospect lists.
Create and maintain documentation of best practices for email lead generation and roll out these strategies to the sales team.
Bring your problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize campaigns, and communicate your insights and methodology to multiple internal stakeholders.
Assist with platform integrations and provide training to internal teams on how to best utilize features for lead generation.
Be rigorously data-driven in every aspect of your work, from analysis to communication.
Partner with Sales to ensure processes are developed, enhanced and adjusted to maintain pipeline health as new tools are integrated.
BS in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in a data or business analytics role.
1-2 years of experience with email marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation platforms.
2+ years of Salesforce experience.
Experience with email automation tools and platforms, and a strong understanding of lead generation best practices.
Experience extracting, analyzing, and sharing insights derived from data using various tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate strategy and methodology to various teams.
A positive, goal-oriented, and high-energy attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and work with remote offices.
