Position Summary
The Consumer Experience team plays a pivotal role in driving a data-informed approach to product developmentenhancing value, accelerating growth, and elevating customer experiences across our Store Brand portfolio. In partnership with product development teams, we ensure that new products and existing assortments consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
This role is responsible for supporting all facets of the Store Brand Consumer Experience process, including competitive benchmarking, consumer feedback analysis, portfolio reviews, and implementing actionable solutions. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Experience, you will be part of the Business Growth & Intelligence team, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to fuel Store Brand growth.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
