Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for diagnostic imaging with at least 2 years of experience and current MA RadTech-Radiography license.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a diagnostic radiology unit specializing in pain treatment procedures
  • Assists pain doctors with fluoroscopic imaging of the spine and joints using c-arms
  • Responsible for setup and breakdown of kits and medications for injections
  • Shifts are 10 hours : 7 : 30am–5 : 30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Must pass required Tele / ECG and medication competency tests if assigned to Milton or Plymouth campuses
  • COVID vaccine and booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
  • Weekly orientation sessions held every Monday excluding holidays
  • No local candidates accepted—must reside more than 50 miles from facility
  • Candidates must have a six-month separation from any previous employment at the facility to be eligible
  • All requested time off must be disclosed prior to consideration
  • Parking can cost up to $43 per day

    • Requirements

  • Vocational or technical training in Medical Radiography required
  • Active MA RadTech-Radiography license required if applicable
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • At least 2 years of related work experience required
  • Advanced technical computer skills required for area-specific support and systems
  • Strong knowledge of c-arms and pain injection procedures in a pain treatment setting
