The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of federal regulations and technical proficiency to help drive solutions and improve processes.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory systems, ensuring security and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions.
• Perform detailed system analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Utilize SIEM tools to monitor and enhance system security.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server to support database-related tasks and processes.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for IBM systems.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and system integration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and configuration.
• Strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and their application in system security.
• Ability to create and interpret business requirement documents.
• Knowledge of IBM systems and related technologies.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
