Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities.
They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in the industry or domain is a plus
