Order Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Order Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for order processing, data accuracy, and workflow management . This role focuses on operational efficiency, cross-department collaboration, and process improvement while also supporting key accounting functions
You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coach a small team, monitor order pipelines, and ensure all documentation and entries are completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily order processing activities and team performance
Review orders for accuracy including pricing, approvals, and documentation
Coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of order tasks
Support financial operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Analyze and report on order status, backlog, and team productivity
Manage refund processing and required approvals
Conduct audits to ensure system and data accuracy
Partner with teams across operations, finance, and customer support
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve speed and quality
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years of experience supervising teams in order entry, order management, operations, or accounting support
Familiarity with accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Experience with order management, ERP, or CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
