The Role
This is a 5 month Spring Co-Op opportunity in Norwood, MA from January 20, 2026 – June 26, 2026 . Applicants must be available for the entire duration of the internship. Start date will be January 20, 2026
The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) organization at Moderna is looking for top talent in science and engineering to deliver on its mission to promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and ownership of EHS at all levels of the organization. Co-Ops will have an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team which oversees EHS for the Moderna Technical Center comprised of manufacturing, laboratory, R&D operations, along with Engineering and Facility Maintenance activities. You will apply your educational background and gain practical experience in OSHA and EPA compliance within the biopharmaceutical industry. You will gain hands-on experience in risk identification, control strategies, and compliance programs that support safe and high-quality delivery of mRNA medicines.
