What You'll Do :

Assist in managing electrical construction projects from planning through completion.

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Track and update project schedules, budgets, and change orders.

Review and process RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and other project documentation.

Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Attend job site meetings, assist with progress reporting, and support field operations.

Facilitate material procurement, delivery tracking, and equipment logistics.

Help identify and resolve project issues, communicating updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in electrical contracting or construction project management.

Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction workflows, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on data center projects or other mission-critical facilities.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Familiarity with design-build or fast-track construction environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00 / hr.
