Role : Automotive Warranty Administrator

Location : Richmond, VA

Shift : Mon - Fri 8 hour Shift

Type : Can work remote after training

Job Responsibility :

• Working as part of the warranty team to initiate, process and close warranty claims in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
• Communicating with repair facilities, vendors and customers via phone, email and IM to process claims
• Utilizing specific customer and vendor guides to meet each of their respective needs
• Negotiating and paying warranty claims once complete
• Developing relationships with vendors' warranty teams
• Making pre-install calls to technicians to provide part-specific installation guidelines
