About Our Client

Our client is a small medical device manufacturing company on the North Shore of Boston. Due to growth they are building out a digital marketing team from the ground up starting with an Associate Director of Marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

Define and lead Company's holistic digital marketing strategy across web, email, content, paid media, social, and eCommerce.

Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager, and Creative Manager.

Lead the launch and growth of Company's eCommerce presence, including platform strategy, UX, merchandising, and optimization.

Guide the creative vision for digital brand expression across web, social, and campaign assets.

Define and own KPIs for digital performance-site traffic, engagement, conversion, lead generation, and ROI.
