Your mission

Produce small, advanced precision components by owning the full setup-to-run process in our Swiss department. You’ll ensure quality at the source, sustain throughput, and collaborate with teammates to keep work flowing smoothly.

Core responsibilities

• Configure and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet exacting tolerances and finish requirements.
• Read / interpret blueprints and operation drawings; apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Use Mitsubishi controls to optimize programs and processes; adjust G-code / M-code as needed.
• Employ precision gauges and instruments for in-process and final inspection.
• Support production setups, tooling changes, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document work, follow instructions, and partner across the team; perform other duties as assigned.
