Job descriptionActive COS-C certification (required). Minimum 2 years of experience completing or reviewing OASIS assessments in a home health setting. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and OASIS guidance. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation or compliance gaps. Comfortable using digital tools and software; experience with technology and testing new systems is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills. RN, PT, OT, or other licensed home health clinician. Prior experience working with EMR systems or health tech startups. Flexible part-time schedule. 100% remote work. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OASIS Assessment Clinician with a strong background in Home Health and an active COS-C certification . This is a part-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in clinical assessment while helping our team test and refine cutting-edge tools designed for the home health industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews and provide expert feedback on OASIS-based assessment tools.
- Test INMYTEAM's home health software and provide insights to improve usability and clinical accuracy.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with CMS standards and best practices.
- Participate in testing sessions and provide clear, structured feedback to support feature development.
- Stay updated with CMS / OASIS changes and share insights to guide ongoing improvements.
