Senior Manager, Enterprise Procurement Communications

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Procurement Communications, will play a critical role in shaping and executing communication strategies that support Marriott's enterprise procurement organization. The Senior Manager is responsible for developing clear, consistent, and timely communications that reach a diverse audience from corporate stakeholders and vendors to on-property teams. This role also oversees technical and crisis communications, ensuring readiness and responsiveness during supply chain disruptions or vendor-related issues. In addition, the Senior Manager provides support to continent and property teams, enabling better understanding and execution of procurement processes through toolkits, feedback loops, and a centralized communication platform.

Education and Experience Required : BA / BS in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields 7+ years of experience in communications, preferably in supply chain within the hospitality or CPG Industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience Preferred : Experience with crisis communication and stakeholder management Strong understanding of procurement operations and systems
