The Hospitalists work in a 1 : 3 group, making more or less 122 shifts per year. The average medicine census is 6-8 patients with some swing-beds in the patient mix.

Affiliated Hospital is a 501(c)3 non-profit critical access hospital located in eastern Idaho.
