Responsibilities :
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by engaging with new and existing clients located in Jacksonville, FL.
- Customize life insurance solutions to align with clients' financial goals following a thorough evaluation of their needs.
- Deliver comprehensive training and mentorship to enhance team members' knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.
- Develop personalized long-term financial plans that reflect clients' financial aspirations utilizing your expertise.
- Provide encouragement and support to the team during challenging periods by offering incentives and assistance.
Qualifications :
- A university degree and previous experience in the insurance or finance industries are mandatory qualifications for this role based in Jacksonville, FL, US.
