JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Service Writer, you are expected to maintain the highest quality service for customers with a high tone and positive attitude. Be the liaison between our automotive technicians and the customers, taking good care of customers and genuinely caring about their needs.

Responsibilities :

• Record marketing data such as referral sources and send data to the Marketing Department.
• Collect payments for weekly deposits and assist in cash handling.
• Make appointments and contact customers for follow-up calls.
• Schedule future vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Deliver inspection reports to customers and relay the importance of the recommended work.
• Find, source, order, receive parts, and organize them.
• Assist in assigning vehicle work to technicians.

Job Type : Full-Time

Not Including Sales and Production-Based Incentives Upwards Of $25,000.

The position is based in a normal shop environment. Physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds are part of daily activities. The working environment consists of exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, high noise levels, and weather conditions both inside and outside.
