Job Overview :
The Director, Global Shared Services – Resale & Disclosure is responsible for the successful delivery of the resale disclosure services and resale closing processing for the global shared services client accounting team. They will partner with the Vice President of Accounts Receivable and Resales to build and structure the global resales team to deliver demand / estoppel services, lender questionnaires, association document disclosure, as well as all state specific resale disclosure requirements. Additionally, they will be overseeing the timely and accurate processing of resale closings in our software systems. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-driven leader who will lead the transformation, standardization, and optimization of resale disclosure and resale closing processing operations across regions, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, deep process expertise, and the ability to scale resale disclosure and closing processing functions in a global and dynamic business environment.
Due to the global nature of this position, the Director of Resales should be comfortable working across multiple time zones (Pacific Standard Time to Eastern Standard Time), within reason.
Essential Duties : People Management
- Lead and oversee the resale disclosure and resale processing shared services team, with expanding scope as markets are integrated into the global structure.
- Attracts, develops and retains diverse, high caliber talent, while developing an engaged team to build the capabilities required for the organization to perform at high levels.
- Promotes a culture of collaboration, trust and support.
- Provides ongoing support with training and coaching.
- Clearly defines and communicates performance responsibilities, goals, expectations and objectives.
- Regularly evaluate teams to determine performance and whether company standards for professionalism, attendance, and work performance are met. If expectations are not met, are responsible for coaching and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct ongoing performance management activities by providing constructive feedback and coaching through regular check-ins, structured one-on-meetings, mid-year touchpoints and annual reviews.
Operations
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, scale, and standardize the resale disclosure and resale closing processes in alignment with the global center of excellence vision.Partner with global and regional leadership and teams to build strong relationships and ensure that resale disclosure services and resale closing processes meet agreed standards and expectations.Evaluate potential outsourcing opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate service levels within the resale disclosure and resale closing function.Identify revenue enhancement opportunities and cost recovery initiatives within the resale disclosure functions and resale closing processes.Serve as the subject matter expert and product champion for resale disclosure services and resale closing processes in the Dynamics development project, leading Resale migration efforts and ensuring successful adoption.Create dashboards and reporting to measure KPI’s to better understand the performance of our resale disclosure and resale closing metrics across the organization.Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation when appropriate within leadership teams throughout the organization including management teams.Responsible for monitoring industry standards, best practices, keeping current with industry trends, and having an in-depth understanding of complex client requirements and processes across our regions.Other

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, from an accredited college or universityA minimum of 5 years of supervisory responsibility with 5 years of leading customer service teams in shared service environmentKnowledge, Proficiencies & Skills :
