The Customer Service Rep 1 is focused on providing product / service information, processing orders, resolving issues reports to the Customer Service Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses ability to understand and address customer needs / concerns effectively, attention to detail and strong communications skills (verbal and written). A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include :

• Provide product / service information and resolve issues
• Process orders and act as a customer service advocate
• Coordinate with sales and production to meet deadlines
• Resolve product / service problems and ensure resolution
• Document customer interactions and maintain product knowledge
