Position Title : Database Marketing Manager

Reports To : Vice President of Marketing

Role : The Database Manager is responsible for maintaining the security, accuracy, and integrity of the customer database while driving all direct marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing leadership to develop data-driven strategies, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign execution, and analyze performance to maximize marketing effectiveness and brand loyalty

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience (or equivalent education / experience) in a casino marketing or related data-driven marketing environment.
• Skills :

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel.
