A company is looking for a Mobile Team Lead (Flutter).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Flutter developers

Drive the technical architecture and design of Flutter applications

Manage the full mobile application development lifecycle from concept to post-launch support

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with 4+ years in Flutter

Proven experience in a team lead or senior developer role

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI / UX implementation

Deep understanding of state management solutions and API integration

Experience in the fintech or similarly regulated industry
