Team Lead Responsibilities

Build, engage, manage, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Motivate a team of recruiters by setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback to drive performance.

Oversee the recruitment process for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team efficiency.

Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to understand client priorities and requirements for staffing solutions.

Qualifications

Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team.

Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Experience defining and delivering complex recruiting strategies.

Experience utilizing metrics and data to drive recruitment results.

Comfortable using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.

Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.

Strong market trends orientation - data analysis & trending and influencing skills.
