Office Manager
A family office of a prominent HNWI and finance CEO is hiring for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth day to-day Operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and efficient work environment, managing administrative staff, supporting leadership and coordinating internal events. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Salary commensurate with experienc e $140-180k base range + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits, 401k match, free meals, commuter benefits, and unlimited PTO
Location : onsite 3-4 days in Midtown West, NYC (with flexibility to come in 5 days as needed) and remote flexibility in the summer
Hours : around 9am-6pm
