A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to manage partner relationships and oversee financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for partners, resolving issues related to reconciliation, compliance, and customer inquiries
Oversee the reconciliation of unmatched settlements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
4-6 years of experience in bank operations, partner support, or financial services
Experience in settlement reconciliation and inventory management
Strong understanding of financial regulations and audit requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial systems
