Active Directory Engineering Team Lead Description

Position Description :

The Active Directory Engineering Team Lead provides leadership of a team of engineers that supports design, implementation, and ongoing support services for Microsofts on-premises and cloud identity platforms including Active Directory and Entra. This role requires prior experience in managing large enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will be flexible in a fast-paced environment, able to organize and prioritize multiple initiatives, and demonstrate leadership to other highly skilled team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of Microsoft identity and infrastructure engineers in a very large enterprise environment and exert influence outside of the immediate team.
• Mentor and consult with team members and other organizations, customers, and vendors on complex issues.
• Manage high volume of tasks and priorities at the direction of government leadership.
• Contribute to strategic direction for teams through development of standards, target states, roadmaps
• Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
• Lead Tier 3 level troubleshooting including diagnosing complex replication and multi domain issues.
