Project / Program Manager IV

We are seeking a dynamic Project / Program Manager IV to join our team as a PR contractor for the US Hispanic market. This is a temp role with the Entertainment org of the company, based in Miami. You will report to the Head of Communications for LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) and will be responsible for leading publicity campaigns, managing brand reputation, and providing strategic communications counsel across the US Hispanic market.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage complex publicity campaigns and communications programs across multiple stakeholders, including content launches and corporate announcements.
  • Develop and maintain vital relationships with media representatives and business leaders to drive positive sentiment and business results.
  • Deliver clear and consistent messaging that aligns with broader business objectives and leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and manage reputational risks.
  • Develop comprehensive PR strategies for Entertainment content and initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Anticipate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring quality deliverables within established timelines.
  • Lead PR efforts for the US and Hispanic territories.

Essential Skills :

  • 8 years of proven track record in communications with significant experience in the entertainment, media, or technology sectors in the US Hispanic market.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience with crisis communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Established network of media and industry contacts.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience with the US Hispanic audience, understanding cultural nuances and how to effectively reach this audience.
  • Experience in creating and delivering both global and local strategies.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Work Environment :

    The role offers a flexible work environment, with the option to work in the office three days a week and from home for two days. The standard workweek is 40 hours, from 9 to 5, with an estimated 5 hours of overtime. This position is part of the Public Relations team within the Game, Media, and Entertainment business group. The work setting encourages collaboration with different countries and offers the opportunity to work on the latest premieres and launches.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a Contract position based out of Miami, Florida.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $66.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
