Security Ambassador

The Cobbs Creek Golf and Educational Campus is seeking a part time Security Ambassador to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and facilities. This role will provide a visible security presence, monitor access to campus buildings, and assist with general security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle security concerns professionally and efficiently. This role will primarily cover weekend shifts. Compensation : $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide a welcoming and secure environment by monitoring access to the TGR Learning Lab, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Driving Range facility and maintenance areas.
• Conduct routine security patrols and inspections of the campus to identify and report any security concerns.
• Monitor on-campus security and fire systems (alarms, access control, etc.).
• Assist with crowd management and access control during events and peak operational hours.
• Respond to security incidents and report / document situations as needed.
• Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid assistance when required.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to the Security Manager.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, vendors, and staff to ensure a safe environment.
• Uphold hospitality-focused security practices, ensuring guests and employees feel safe and welcome.
