Key Responsibilities
Lead CRM system customization and evaluate new releases for user impact
Maintain database accuracy and develop data governance policies
Act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert, providing user support and training
Required Qualifications
5+ years of CRM experience or experience with enterprise information systems
Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably aec360 or MS Dynamics)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
