Job descriptionAdvanced Clinical Opportunities : Perform advanced restorative dentistry, surgery, endodontics, and implantology with mentorship available as needed. We welcome motivated general dentists, especially those who have invested in continuing education through AGD, Kois, Spear, Dawson, or Pankey . Flexible Work Schedule : Open to 4 or 5 days per week. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM; Wednesday 8 AM - 4 PM; Friday 9 AM - 4 PM. Proven Production Potential : Our average daily production for general dentists is $4,500 per day , with strong patient demand . Efficient Practice Model : Traditional 3-column schedule with accelerated / assisted hygiene , maximizing efficiency and income potential . 1 Part-Time Owner Dentist 1 Part-Time Associate Dentist 3 Hygienists Strong clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM / Collections Rate Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections : 32% for collections between $60K-$80K 34% for collections over $80K Projected Earnings : Our average daily production for general dentists is $4,500 per day . A doctor collecting $90,000 per month would earn $27,800 in income , or approximately $333,600 per year under this plan. $700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days Three Employment Options : 1099 Independent Contractor Service Member (1099 IC with access to benefits plans) No Lab or Supply Fees / Adjustments State-of-the-Art Equipment : Neodent Implant System, intraoral scanners, digital panoramic imaging, digital X-rays, rotary endodontics Mentorship Available : If you're a motivated doctor looking to expand your skills, this is an opportunity to learn, grow, and gain the support you need to excel.
