We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative . In this role, you will have access to a large volume of leads and a built-in book of business, allowing you to hit the ground running.
You will receive a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $15 per hour, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their Insurance License and insurance experience but we have a reimbursement program available for someone highly motivated in getting their license.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
