Overview

Montech Inc. is seeking a qualified Senior Analyst Staff Synchronization Officer (FDV) , henceforth Senior Analyst SSO (FDV), a key personnel position within the Force Development Aviation Division (FDV) supporting Army Aviation programs. To successfully perform the functions within FDV the Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) must have foundational operational experience in Army aviation units from company to brigade level and must be familiar with the types of equipment used in aviation units. FDV SSOs should possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) II and III Programs.

Place of Performance

The Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) shall perform duties on site at a designated government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Hours of Operation

The Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) will have an eight-hour workday, totaling a 40-hour week between the hours of 0700 through 1800, Monday - Friday except Federal holidays.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) provides the following areas of support :

• Writing and briefing information on assigned programs.
• Organize, coordinate, and synchronize working groups in support of the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC).
• Provide Subject Matter expertise for Army Modernization and Equipping Conference (AMEC) forums.

Qualifications

The Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) shall possess a minimum of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a directly related career field from an accredited college, such as Business or Engineering. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development or related duties. Other qualifications are as follows :

Security

Employment is contingent upon the ability to pass the pre-employment drug test and background check / security investigation per required level with the U.S. Government agency. The Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) will have an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen to work in support of Federal agency. The background investigation reviews employment, criminal, financial, and personal history to ensure there are no outstanding violations. Any notification from Government to Montech notifying that the employee has compromised the security requirements will warrant immediate termination from employment.

The Senior Analyst SSO (FDV) shall be professional in demeanor, responsiveness, appearance and deportment and may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials in a supporting role to the Center and federal industry players.
