Job Title

Responsibilities : This position involves processing customer transactions of goods and services while providing superior customer service. Key responsibilities include providing excellent service and customer interaction, collecting payment for customer purchases, demonstrating suggestive selling techniques, bagging groceries for customers, monitoring and managing potential front-end shrink, making change and keeping an accurate till, answering product related questions for customers, and ensuring company food safety and sanitation expectations are achieved by following SOP's.

Requirements : To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 18 years old, complete company orientation, have basics of safety, produce certification, alcohol seller's training, checker training, know how to identify produce, possess basic mathematical skills, have good communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills, and the ability to lift moderately heavy loads, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull. Additionally, candidates must be able to stand for a maximum of 3 hours.
