Job Position

Responsibilities : This position involves processing customer transactions of goods and services while providing superior customer service. Key responsibilities include providing excellent service and customer interaction, collecting payment for customer purchases, demonstrating suggestive selling techniques, bagging groceries for customers, monitoring and managing potential front-end shrink, making change and keeping an accurate till, answering product-related questions for customers, and ensuring company food safety and sanitation expectations are achieved by following SOP's.

Requirements : To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 18 years old, complete company orientation, and have basics of safety, produce certification, alcohol seller's training, checker training, and the ability to identify produce. Additionally, candidates should possess basic mathematical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, the ability to lift moderately heavy loads, and the ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull. The role also requires standing for a maximum of three hours.
