Product Owner - Onboarding

A company is looking for a Product Owner - Onboarding & Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals and user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

Communicate product requirements and priorities to the development team to ensure alignment with the onboarding and workflow strategy

Monitor adoption, efficiency, and performance of workflows, sharing insights with senior management to inform strategy

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within wealth management, fintech, or financial services

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Familiarity with digital client / advisor platforms, including onboarding and account maintenance

Strong technical acumen with relevant tech stacks and enthusiasm for learning new tools

Understanding of US financial services and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate them into efficient workflows
