WSP is currently initiating a search for a Procurement Specialist with the potential to work out of any WSP office, which could include Chicago, IL; Exton, PA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Washington, DC; Orlando, FL; Miami, FL; Tallahassee, FL; West Palm Beach, FL; Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Columbia, SC; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; and Richmond, VA. Your Impact

• Support division's sourcing capabilities and supply chain.
• Responsible for supporting negotiating with suppliers and vendors to acquire the best value / most cost-effective deals.
• Support division's purchasing including issuance of Master Service Agreements, notices to proceed, purchase orders, and task orders.
• Supporting overall project management office with contract related duties.
• Vetting and onboarding of prospective vendors and subcontractors.
• Supporting client proposal / bid efforts with subcontractor / vendor related activity.
• Coordination of procurement / supply staff in office / remote / field.
• Review and process subcontractor invoices to ensure compliance with applicable Federal Wage regulations.
• Act as subcontractor liaison for contracting, subcontracting, invoicing, and payment activities.
• Support the development performance risk ratings of contractors and evaluation of cost and pricing data.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Compensation : Expected Salary (all locations) : $74,200 129,800 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and / or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only) : $74,200 121,770 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
