That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to ensure our nursing staff is supported, organized, and set up for success. Located in Austell, GA, our skilled nursing facility is recognized for its compassionate environment, teamwork, and commitment to excellence—for both residents and employees.

What You’ll Do

Create, coordinate, and maintain daily and monthly staff schedules for nursing shifts

Arrange transportation for residents when needed

Monitor attendance, track call-offs / tardiness, and keep accurate records

Prepare and distribute reports on staffing, attendance, and agency utilization

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) on schedule changes and shift adjustments

Partner with HR to apply attendance policies consistently and fairly

Provide leadership with timely updates on staffing needs and trends

What We’re Looking For

Previous scheduling or staffing experience (healthcare preferred)

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
