Key Responsibilities

10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, focusing on VP and SVP level placements

Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle executive search processes

Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies and assessment tools

Experience leveraging ATS and CRM systems for executive recruiting
