Account Manager Sales Focus with Service Support

Agent : Shawn Velez State Farm Insurance

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing businesswhile also providing dependable customer support? Were looking for a motivated, personable, and career-minded Account Manager to join our growing agency.

This role is sales-dominant but requires the versatility to handle service needs for our clients. Its a fully licensed positionif youre not already licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, you must be willing to obtain these credentials with our full support.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth : Proactively market insurance products, generate new leads, and close sales with both warm and cold prospects.
  • Build Lasting Relationships : Develop and maintain trusted customer connections that strengthen loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct Policy Reviews : Evaluate client needs, make personalized recommendations, and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Provide Service Support : Assist customers with policy changes, inquiries, and problem resolution when needed.
  • Contribute to Team Success : Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging in sales conversations .
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance sales activity and customer service.
  • Insurance licenses in P&C and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with our support).
