The Opportunity

Help us unlock knowledge, intertwine artificial intelligence with user experience, and invent the future across phones, computers and the cloud! The Document Cloud AI and Innovation product team is seeking a creative, positive, and tech-minded product manager who can seek simple solutions for customer needs.

This team is friends with both humans and machines. We build AI-powered experiences for Document Cloud, including AI Assistant in Acrobat, Liquid Mode inside the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and the PDF Extract API. This role will focus on developing core AI features.

What You'll Do

o Validate and build Generative AI-driven features through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis.

o Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and challenges.

o Work closely with Machine Learning Scientists, Engineers, Designers and other Product Managers to conceptualize and build GenAI features.

o Become an expert in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

o Build a roadmap for differentiating Document Cloud products and services with AI

o Present concepts, insights, and key findings to key influencers and leaders.

What You Have

o A technical background or degree is preferred, especially related to Generative AI.

o Bonus points for having deep expertise and experience with evaluation of Generative AI pipelines.

o True passion for crafting something from nothing. Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies preferred.

o Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

o Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends.

o A willingness to challenge assumptions, solicit different perspectives, and understand the "why" and not just the "what".

o Ability to evaluate alternatives qualitatively and quantitatively, and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis.

o Proven thought leadership and ability to manage a team to build a great product.

o Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a product management role

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
