As a Defense Mission Professional Training SME, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for training and education. You'll provide support to the Marine Corps utilizing the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training devices as part of their training. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps. You'll oversee the work we do and the solutions we deliver for Marine Corps units training aboard a Marine Corps base camp and the surrounding area. You Have :

• Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
• Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
• Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units with accomplishing tactical-level training
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Engineering, or Leadership field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
