Key Responsibilities
Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
Appropriate licensing and / or certification in all states where claims are handled
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
