Sales Intern
Virginia Green is currently seeking a paid Sales Support intern in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate is entering their junior or senior year and is a sales, communications, or marketing major / minor. The intern can expect to be involved in selling additional services and generating new customers.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collect accurate data via incoming calls / emails from potential customers for distribution to inside Sales Representatives in a timely manner.
- Verify that all data entered is accurate on each estimate and / or sale.
- Become a highly functional user of HubSpot to assist the sales team in managing the process of converting leads into sales.
- Assist in customer retention / lead generation.
- Linking electronic documents to all leads / sold accounts. Including square footage and special instruction for each account daily.
- Identify lead opportunities utilizing Real Green (CRM), or any other lead generating source.
- Alert Production Department of any changes affecting current / upcoming lawn care services.
- Document changes to account for all leads / current customers pertaining to changes in contact information, changes in service, cancellations etc.
- Provides exceptional level of customer service and adhere to Virginia Green's Sales Process.

Must be a college student in good standing : Sales, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications majors preferredMinimum Physical Requirements :
