Plaintiff Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience in construction, business, and estate litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload involving plaintiff personal injury, construction, estate, and / or business litigation.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high-stakes matters, while also independently managing assigned cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts to move cases toward favorable resolution.
• Participate in firm strategy sessions and contribute to shaping case direction.
